Pruitt RayLee Johnson Quilt

A little something special for the 3rd daughter of Mike and Cierra.  I loved her before she was even born.

Quilt pattern by Melissa Cory, pieced and quilted by Grandma Dee Dee.  All four flowers are a different pink.  This was my first time using black and lighter colors. I use several color catchers when I washed it  to make sure the blacks didn't fade into the white. This was also the first quilt I washed/dried before gifting it.  Curves were the lesson of the day, and I made it even harder by starting out on my 221 Singer and finishing on my Bernina 770QE.  Merry Christmas 2022 Pruitt.
